This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Policy", outlines the rules that Member must adhere to when using any or all parts of the HostHamper Hosted Applications (“Software”). HostHamper may terminate your account(s) at any time, without notice, for conduct that is in breach of the Agreement and/or the Policy.

HostHamper reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Policy to this URL: http://www.HostHamper.com/terms.php. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Software remains in compliance with the Policy.

HostHamper provides Members with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software, which Members agree to use in accordance with the Agreement and the Policy. The Software is developed and owned by HostHamper and any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited. The Software, its structure, sequence, organization and source code are considered trade secrets of HostHamper and are protected by trade secret laws.

Upon using the Software, you may be asked to select a username and a password. The username and password will be used for administrative purposes, including setting up, activation, and administrative functions of the Software on the Member’s account. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to safeguard the username and password you select from any unauthorized use. In no event will HostHamper be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Member’s failure to comply with this requirement.

HostHamper does not claim ownership and is not responsible for any of the information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, pictures, graphics, video, message, files or other materials (“Content”) submitted using the Software. Member is entirely responsible for all Content uploaded, posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Software.

You further acknowledge and agree that all Content are non-transferable and non-transportable. HostHamper will not assist any Members with any reproduction, recovery, or distribution of any Content. Upon service cancellation or termination for any reasons, the Software will be removed by HostHamper, including all Content, third party content, and user information uploaded, posted, emailed, or otherwise transmitted via the Software.

You agree and acknowledge that your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk, and that HostHamper makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of the Software. HostHamper is not responsible for any damages caused by or resulting from the use of the Software.

You agree and acknowledge that parts of the Software may contain advertising banners.
